November 2012 – June 2013:
Mapping and analysing cultural memory learning in Europe
The time case partners define and specify indicators for a participatory learning environment and develop a set of quality standards for access to cultural memory learning. Through the collection of participatory practice related to cultural memory – artistic projects, community art, educational or research projects – the partners aim to compile a comparative overview and share knowledge and experience all over Europe.
July 2013 – February 2014:
Peer coaching in form of transnational staff exchange as well as designing a joint artistical/educational exercise are the key tools to build a grounded and visible educational perspective that will inspire other initiatives across Europe. After a training workshop with the experienced coach Chrissie Tiller peer coaching visits take place from October to December 2013. During these visits, all partner institutions will receive three delegates from another project partner to carry out a common participatory project on memory learning. The outcomes of the visits will be documented on film and in writing.

Creation of the TimeCase toolkit
The attractive, easy to use toolkit consists of training material for staff development, peer coaching methodology, and examples of inspiring practice of participatory learning with different target groups – an inspiring handbook for creative and educational professionals, cultural institutions, European and national networks in culture, heritage and education.
During May 2014, three dissemination workshops will be held in Portugal, Romania, and Lithuania. During these workshops, speakers from the regions will give presentations of participatory memory projects; partners of the TimeCase network will facilitate discussions on guidelines of participatory practice and will hold mentoring sessions for individual consultations.
During keynote speeches and debates within the final dissemination conference we are going to discuss the outcomes and future strategies of TimeCase. Memory in Action. All partners will be present as well as associated partners, stakeholders and other representatives of cultural and heritage organizations.
